Publisher's Summary
Ghosts can haunt the living....
King and Slater are independent operators, outlawed from their government for good, free to deliver vigilante justice to those who need it most. Las Vegas, with its murky history and seedy underworld, serves as the perfect hunting ground. Below the hedonism, away from the bright lights and alluring fantasy, there’s an entrenched web of corruption.
They offer their services to a woman about to serve a decade in prison for a crime she didn’t commit, and what begins with the infiltration of an unlicensed club in Chinatown unravels into an all-out war against retired cops, bent judges, a sociopath District Attorney, and the legion of hired muscle who serve them.
It’s a good thing King and Slater are bred for mayhem....

Yet another great listen
Great narration and a good alignment to King and Stone’s new self managed career pathway. Good that the girls followed and are getting their price of the pie. Looking fwd to Sharks.

Disappointing
Such a disappointment. The basic plot was good, the characters were good but the actions and dialogue of the 4 main characters were totally 3rd rate. For supposed
'better than the best' black ops operators, the decisions made by the two 'super toughs' were so inept at times it was almost laughable. Keystone Cops of the Black Ops. Such a shame, as the storyline had so much potential. A large flaw in this story was the four main characters went to great lengths to have their identities expunged & adopt new identities and yet still openly used their old names??
