About this listen

We all get upset from time to time, whether it is from bad service, other people being rude, things not going the way they should, the list is endless and it affects us.

Similarly we get annoyed by the excess of current politically correct morons who are forever getting offended for the sake of it and have nothing to back up their position other than by default being subhumans and can't get to grips with free speech and the fact that others have a different opinion to themselves.

We need to understand why we get upset and not just because something irks us, that's not good enough. Why we labour upon thoughts and deliberate to our detriment isn't smart either, it serves no purpose nor solves anything, in fact it just makes us angry and alters nothing.

This audio download is for those who easily get upset or dwell on what has happened and goes through the ways in which we can eliminate it all so we can move forward again.
