Amazing book which is easy to relate to

I listened to this book twice back to back. I tried Allen Carr’s easy way, 5 times and felt it didn’t change my addiction. This book was very relatable and actually made me laugh with the thought processes that all gamblers go through. I thought I was the only one who had those thoughts. I gave this 5 stars because I was sitting in traffic on my way to the slots, and that exact moment in the book made me double think about my actions. I actually drove home, this is the first time I have done this. I will listen to it a few more times to really embrace the information provided.

One thing I didn’t like is that this book is addressed to women, by the choice of words from the Author.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to destroy their GAM!
