Very thankful I found this

Very thankful I found these books (online recommendation). They have given me a fresh start. I feel, for the first time possibly ever, I am approaching things and life in general with more confidence and control.

HOWEVER - I would say this you do need to revisit certain sections regularly. You cannot expect to listen to an audiobook once and change the habits of a lifetime. But if you revisit sections, take it in and try the methods, I can guarantee you success.

Life changing books. Simple as that.

I have tried doctors, medication, courses, therapy and countless books.
The most useful so far has been these two books.
