real world use of of fitness
after realising i have issues with my knees and feet probably caused by muscle imbalances from years of poor habits and isolated exercises, functional training is a refreshing approach to fitness.

A mind opening journey into health and fitness
Adam does a fantastic job laying out the many different modalities of exercise and how to break out of limited routines which may be doing more harm than good. A great book for anyone looking to expand the abilities of their body and mind.

outstanding book on functional fitness
I have been watching Adam on YouTube and was delighted to find his audio book I'm a truck driver so it's great to listen whilst I drive, this book gave me alot to think about and opened doors to discover different ways of working out. I will listen to this book again. fantastic stuff
