Paulie Z was born and raised in a lower working-class family on the Eastside of Detroit. At 19, he was savagely beaten while handcuffed in a violent case of police brutality. The Incident set Paul on a global educational journey that took him to Michigan State University, Pepperdine Law School and the The University of London.
Following law school, Paul dedicated his life as a criminal defense attorney to help those less fortunate and built a reputation as The “Courtroom Fixer”.
