Amazing book

Having suffered betrayal of narcissistic siblings, I felt very hardened then something else would trigger me and I found myself starting again. This book helped me to see how I was not healed at all. Dr Silber is amazing and this book is excellent for identifying and relating to the stages of narcissistic abuse and how to heal. Totally recommended.
