My first DNF

I gave it a chance I made it through the first 2 books, but I don't get the point of the them. The way the books ended left me going, what? They aren't 'frisky' or 'fun'.
The narrator is stale and leaves a lot to be desired, and the sounds like it was recorded in a room with bad sound. There is multiple instances of duplication of words/sentences that left me thinking I was going mad. Perhaps the physical books translate better but this audio series doesn't - Sorry.
