Great book for anxiety

Great strategies with many examples on managing stress and anxiety. Straightforward and not too technical. I have listened to it in full twice. Recommended

No. Very long and sterile.

Has Freeing Yourself from Anxiety put you off other books in this genre?

No. There are many other books I have found interesting and helpful.

Seems very clinical and sterile. I forced myself to keep listening and even then I couldn't finish it,

No I think the 10 hours of audio is by far enough.
