About this listen
What did Jesus really mean when he said, "Follow me"?
In this new audiobook, David Platt, author of the New York Times best-selling book Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream, contends that multitudes of people around the world culturally think they are Christians yet biblically are not followers of Christ.
Scores of men, women, and children have been told that becoming a follower of Jesus simply involves believing certain truths or saying certain words. As a result churches today are filled with people who believe they are Christians—but aren't. We want to be disciples as long as doing so does not intrude on our lifestyles, our preferences, our comforts, and even our religion.

Practical & insightful
If you are seeking a reading experience that not only inspires but motivates you to action, this is for you. Written in a similar style to Francis Chan, this book encourages you to look at your own circumstances for ways to create opportunities to love others the way Jesus did and take chances when they arise, they might not come again, but if they do, then be prepared to practice each moment to improve latent and emerging skills to grow loving relationships along the way each and every day.
