I grew up sick. Let me clarify: I grew up believing that real love stories include a martyr or demand great sacrifice to be worthy. Because of that, I believed it, because I made myself believe it, and I bred the most masochistic of romantic hearts, which resulted in my illness. When I lived this story, my own twisted fairy tale, it was unbeknownst to me at the time because I was young and naïve. I gave into temptation and fed the beating beast, which grew thirstier with every slash, every strike, every blow.
Triple Falls wasn’t at all what it seemed, nor were the men that swept me under their wing. But in order to keep them, I had to be in on their secrets. Secrets that cost us everything to keep. That’s the novelty of fiction versus reality. You can’t re-live your own love story, because by the time you’ve realized you’re living it, it’s over. At least that was the case for me and the men I trusted my foolish heart to. Looking back, I’m convinced I willed my story into existence, due to my illness, and all were punished.
The Ravenhood trilogy is a gritty, modern-day take on Robin Hood filled with suspense, thrills, and all the feels.

Um what just happened
Wow, lucky I bought exodus before i finished this one because I just knew half way through I’d be straight onto the next one. This was so good. The romance and steam was just as good as the suspense and overarching storyline. Hello Me Frenchman. I need answers.

An erotic novel with a hint of story
The voice performances are outstanding.
The story at times shows insightful intelligence of the workings of the world.
Many times I found myself rolling my eyes with the description of the men’s physiques.
“The chiselled jaw”, or other Greek God like attributes.
I had no idea it was manly going to be erotica.
Not that I’m a prude.
It simply reflects a larger attitude of the world.
That connection is formed through physicality first.
It was entertaining by mid way, and I will probably listen to the second book to see where it goes.

break your heart in a good way
Absolutely love this book and the entire series... but it will break your heart and make you ugly cry and you'll be feeling it for weeks even months after finishing.... still recommend though but be warned.

Amazing
I don’t even know what to say. Such a beautiful story. Like everyone else seems to comment, I wish I could forget it so I can read it again like new. Pretty sure this trilogy will stick with me forever. Wow. Narration was just perfect.

Secrets, Reverse Harem
This was my first audiobook for 2024. I was not disappointed. I went into the story blind and was absolutely loved it. The narrators did an outstanding job. It was easy to be transported into another world.
