good listen
enjoyable listen. well narrated. would have been better with a male narrator as well I think. can't wait to continue with their story

A little slow moving
The main characters are a quite interesting though not really likeable; they are tortured individuals. Both the story and narration are slow. The narration can be easily fixed by increasing the speed to 1.25. The story, the relationship between the main characters, is very slow to develop so it is a little frustrating and I tend to feel a little cheated. It gives the impression that this is intentional on the part of the author and publisher, the intention being to spread a story into a series rather than a self contained book.

An addictive series
This series by Laurenlin Paige is amazing, an addictive story line that I couldn’t put down and found myself listening to books 1,2 and 3 within a week.
I can’t wait to continue this series

Wow!
The relationship between Alayna and Hudson is soo frustrating. She over thinks things way too much and he is such a typical powerful man (not that I would know lol). Anyway, after reading this book, I am intrigued at how this story could get more complicated and more frustrating. Overall, I really am enjoying this series.. I can't wait to finally read the third and last book... Ahhhhh damn Hudson Pearce!
