what did I just read
five broken blades by mai corland. this was truly awesome. it had everything, intrigue, suspense, magic, love. ahhhh I need the next one now

Interesting story but maybe not fully realised?
I quite liked the idea of the story, the world and the characters, but something about aspects of the story didn't work for me.
Many of the incidents that occured felt like random encounters and didn't seems to serve the overall narrative other than to provide room for characters to showcase abilities.
Also, while I liked all the voice actors, some of the recordings seemed to be slightly worse quality than others.
