Sensible and "do"able. User friendly.
I found this practical and useful and I'm already getting benefits out of it. It's sensible and worth reading if you have binge eating problems. Watch this space! :-)

Same old "positive change" psychology
Make a commitment to change and write it down. Say affirmations. You are your habits and routines blah blah blah. Definitely not insightful. There's better YouTube channels available for free.
