Food Combination

I read fit for life a very long tome ago. The concept of food combining is something that resonates with me. A nice reminder to keep things fresh and simple for digestive effectiveness.

Interesting, but not a real plan.....

I read Fit for Life in the 90's, and followed it - loved it. This one a bit directionless to me.

Totally lost creditability with the religious mix!

I couldn't finish this book. I wouldn't know what was fact and what was fantasy. In one sentence God is the giver of all! But not the giver of Cancer etc. I like the ideas of having a healthy body to resist disease but as mentioned I cannot give the book any creditability because of way to many references to religion.

I was disappointed in this book. Lots of talk about point of view, but definitely not the ultimate diet and health plan. Do not recommend.
