Great story destroyed by stupid sound effects
I have purchased an audiobook to listen to the story as written by the author not utterly ruined by sound effects that are distracting or confusing and utterly patronising .
Please stop ruining the authors work and my enjoyment of an audiobook by trying to make it something it is not.
Deeply dissatisfied with Audible not the author or performer.

sound effects interfere & distract
the sound effects interfere and are annoying. Too unpleasant to persevere past 1/2 of first chapter.
