Absolutely Amazing!!!
I haven't finished the book yet, but from what I have seen in the show and read in the book, the story is amazing and both the author and narrator tell the story in an enchanting way. definitely recommend this audio book to any fan of George R. R. Martin's many books or any fantasy book be it.

From Start to Finish ...
I was captured and drawn in by the narrator's suitably regal voice, the story of the rise and fall of the Targaryens and the dragons who were amazingly beautiful. Highly recommended.

Like true history.
Loved listening to this book. Almost felt like I was reading true history. Well isn't most history a collection of stories. Beautifully read. Amazing imagery.

incredible narration
The narrator speaks very clearly and purposefully. what an engaging, in universe historical telling of the rise and fall of the (arguably) greatest dynasty in all of the seven kingdoms. here's hoping George finishes the winds of winter soon!

Whoa!!!
Heavy going for sure, enjoyed every minute, sometimes had to enjoy every minute over and over again so I didn’t lose track of who begot who!!

Well worth the read
Excellent retelling of the Targaryens early history
Love the historical angle through Gyldane brining I. Septons, other Maesters and Mushroon the fool.
