Excellent mindfulness tool
A great tool for mindfulness practices and reflections. I already had the hard copy of this book. But I love the audiobook version even more since it has many additional meditations, reflections and exercises. A great pick me up in stressful times, the chapters are short and easy to listen to during short breaks in the day. Beautifully and thoughtfully narrated by the author, it feels like listening to a wise, supportive friend. Love it.
