About this listen

Know thyself is an ancient spiritual principle that has never been more urgently needed than this moment in time. The world over, cultures are being co-opted by Western materialism. The revolutionary power of the internet to connect us has also helped export narcissism, insecurity, isolation, depression and anxiety to even the most remote parts of the world. We are losing touch with our history, our ancestors, and ourselves.

If we don't understand who we truly are at the deepest level, we won't understand what makes us truly happy and fulfilled. More importantly, we won't understand our causes of suffering and so we will be unable to end it. In Finding Your True Self: A Love Story, reconnect with the life force inside you, rediscover your infinite power, and awaken to this one precious, magical and miraculous life.

A Spiritual Book That Finally Made Everything Click

I’ve read many spiritual books, but this one stands out because it struck the perfect balance—deep yet accessible, insightful yet clear. Unlike books that are either too abstract or overly simplified, this one conveyed profound truths in a way that was easy to grasp without feeling watered down.

What I appreciated most was how it avoided overly mystical or complicated language while still carrying depth. It didn't just present ideas but guided me toward a true understanding—one that finally clicked in a way no other book has before. It answered questions I didn’t even realise I had and illuminated concepts I’d encountered before but never fully understood.

If you’ve explored spiritual teachings before but felt like something was missing in your understanding, this book might be the one that ties it all together for you. It’s the kind of book that doesn’t just give you knowledge—it gives you clarity
