Authors should NOT narate their own books!

Great, helpful book.
Naration is dreadful, distracting and jerky. It's stilted with emphasis in the wrong places, big pauses mid sentence and no pause at all between headings.
The story was good and helpful but naration makes it very hard to follow and focus on the content.
Edit: to qualify more strongly, I loved the paperback book, found it engaging and inspiring. I could relate to Belinda's experiences as well as those of her clients. I was up to the chapters on chakra healing so bought the audio edition to continue with the story and training while travelling.
It is a good tool for chakra balancing and just tolerable to listen to when I slow the playback to 1:25.
