Characters a bit young

The characters were too young. during a spicy scene, there were allusions to them as 16 Y/O children doing spicy times *shudder*. The editing of what seemed like an extraneous prologue into 'then' chapters meant that a couple of pivotal pieces of information were revealed out of order, reducing the gravity of the situation. HOWEVER, the story was overall pretty good and I finished it despite my misgivings. I totally bought it because of Laura Horowitz's TikTok presence and she did not disappoint. Oh and the age of the main characters made the HEA a little unbelievable. And that's what I actually care about.
