Inspirational microbiome journey!

I loved the facts presented around what we should look to introduce into our bodies, how we should prepare it, and when to be eating it. Diversity of plants is the inspirational part as I never knew we could be eating so many different plants, however the key lies in starting slowly.
The FF4W challenge is great, PDF with recipes are a bonus. Narration was awesome.
I can’t recommend this enough, you will love it!

A book that changed many of my opinions

How to love and care for your one and only body

Bountiful in Knowledge and the most recent accessible research. Specifically research not skewed by sponsorship by food producers. I love the words, “Progress over perfection.” I also love that this is not a “diet” to lose weight on and then forget about when you “finish it”, it’s lifestyle for life. “Let food be thy medicine.” (Hippocrates) Work to get over your deprivation mentality and realise this book opens the door to a cornucopia of abundance.
