Effective and useful resource
This book teaches skills for adjusting one’s depressed or anxious feelings. Chapter 3 is unique in all the material I’ve heard about mood/thoughts. I recommend this chapter to anyone who has had sad or stressed feelings, whether or not they particularly want or need help.
The content is not overly basic and its not just re-packaged ‘commonsense’.
Narration is rather good. I got a lot more from doing the accompanying workbook as I listened (pausing the recording obv) - I use whatever feeling happens to be bothering me that day.
5 stars for the paradigm shifts of chapter three and the workbook.
