I wanted to KILL Keenan
This book was hard to take! All the good & bad feels!!! Definitely prepare for Keenan to trigger your anger & frustration in this one.
Keenan literally loses his mind in this book. He is a completely different person. To say he’s horrible to Sheldon is an understatement. He literally abuses her, it’s not even just roughly handling her. He literally hangs her over a balcony by her throat threatening to kill her until she passes out. The things Keenan does to Sheldon triggered me more then the way Keiren treated Lake in the last 2 books.
His hatred is so displaced which he admits to himself at the beginning of the book yet continues to punish her anyway. He really had no one to blame but himself because of the way he repeatedly cheated on her. Other then the teacher thing, the other times weren’t justified at all. But I still felt for him in ways that broke my heart when the author let his emotions show through the mask he wore. Or when he would admit to himself his actions made him sick or he regretted what he did. This author is really good at making you hate & love a character at the same time.
Sheldon was so strong willed and didn’t take any shit in the previous books so to see her let Keenan treat her the way he does in this book hurt my heart! I was so desperate for the old funny loving Keenan to make a come back, especially after the flash backs that showed how sweet he was to her before (when he wasn’t cheating). The last 10 minutes of this book absolutely melted me. I definitely fell in love with Keenan again at the end.
It was a rough ride but I’m glad I finished the book. I’m looking forward to finding out more answers in the next book of the series. There are still a few loose ends left in this one!

AAAAAAAA I'm screaming with love and joy
The hole series rocked. I wish I was retired at 32 so I had all the time in the world to listen to audiobooks or read and I would definitely go through this series again. Keenan and Sheldon's story is my favorite by far and I have to admit I actually lost count of how many times I listened to this book. Playful and nice guy going really bad, yum, u can't go wrong.

AMAZING!
I loved this book so much!! I was so looking forward to this story and was not expecting it to even start the way it did. This was so amazing and definitely a book I would recommend as the third in the series. It also gives a bit of insight into the romance between Keiran and Lake as time moves on as well as Sheldon and Keenan and the mending of their relationship. It doesn't feel like there is much overlap between the books which is amazing because it maintains the level of freshness in this book that I loved. I hope you love this just as much as I do. Enjoy!
