WOW!!
Today is my new day. Can't wait to share this with my husband who has struggled with his weight more than me. We are both in our early 50's and realise it is not too late. Thank you Craig.

This is actually working
I wasn’t going to write a review yet I wanted to wait till I’d lost all 30 kilos so I was a true success story. But I can’t wait and I want to share. Well it’s been a week of no sugar no wheat which has left me no choice but to get up every morning a little earlier and cook a heathy breakfast and come home from work a touch earlier and cook a heathy breakfast. Amazing things happen when you actually do eat vegetables fruit and protein in every meal. I’ve got so much energy. Before this I really thought I was in trouble. Old before my time and in pain everywhere every day. Well now I jump out of bed. My head is clearer my house in clean and organised my work is almost up to date and I’ve lost 1 kilo. Yes I know it’s only 1 but the huge difference is I now know I can loose the rest. I’ll drop a few more then start back at the gym. Instead of just paying every month I’ll actually go because I can.
Craig Beck i cant thank you enough I’ve listened to many books but for some reason this one worked fir me. I really do hope it works for others too. If everyone over 50 felt as good as me the world would be a better place. I’d love to send you before and after photos in 29 kilos time. It’s will be dramatic.
