Great beginners guide

Easy to understand step by step into fasting. Very motivating and educational guide throughout the journey of fasting. If you're new to fasting and want to understand the internal process of what your body is doing on a day to day fast, this book is perfect.

Works for me

I have been doing OMAD now for around 3 years and gradually got down to OMAD after cutting out breakfast and then lunch and works well for me. I. Don’t eat before my 3 4:40pm gym sessions per week and come out feeling better than when I walk in. The book reinforced me and very informative.
