Used this book as a coach

This book coached me through my first steps into fasting. It’s not always easy to talk about with friends, to have this book handy and listen to (even in the middle of a fast) was super encouraging.

Thank You Dave Asprey

I have been very vocal on all the socials about the success I am having thanks to your books.

I have lost a little over 30kg (68 pounds) with another 30kg to go. I have dropped 4 dress sizes, reversed Type 2 diabetes (which no longer requires medication) and lowered blood pressure and no longer require medication for that either.

That is just the physical aspects to date. Life is full at the moment and usually my anxiety would have peaked resulting in increased agoraphobia and poor functioning. Your book has taught me that going without is not a bad thing, it has taught me a gentle approach to self discipline and self care and increased my confidence and ability to deal with streasful situations.

It has been life changing, thank you.

He's done better.

Not bad some good tips but I thought there was a little to much on the side or religious and spiritual fasting, not that im against that i meditate everyday its just not what i was hoping it to be about. i Think Super Human was a much better read

goes above and beyond fasting

I loved every minute of this book, it's informative and entertaining at the same time. the best part about the book for me was the spiritual aspects it touched on, that are associated with fasting. at the end of the day we all want more from our health and that's what the book really talks about . it not only talks about the science and the technical aspects behind fasting but also about who or what we want to be one through fasting. loved it.

Loved every second of this book
