Darkness falls on the Great Green, and the Ancient World is fiercely divided. On the killing fields outside the golden city of Troy, forces loyal to the Mykene King mass. Fall of Kings
Another fantastic book by David Gemmell, completed by his wife after his untimely death. The end of his Troy trilogy. One of the great works.

Absolutely Brilliantly Read Book
Judd was totally captivating in his narration of this magnificent Gemmel book.
I have always loved Gemmel's writing, and this is his last brilliant book.
if you love fast-paced action hero books, this is right up your alley.

Definitely not flogging a wooden horse!
A brilliant reimagining of the classic. Cleverly constructed to maintain the integrity of of the tale while making it new. As always the Gemmels breath life into the characters drawing you in to love and loathe them. A very satisfying read!

amazing story, brilliant narration
Epic tale, with the best narration I have heard in any audiobook. Each character distinct and recognisable. I will miss my time with this trilogy

A good Gemmell Romp!
A typical Gemmell story with kernels of history blended with colourful story telling. Odysseus would be proud.
