About this listen
In the grim nightmare future of the 41st millennium, the witch-hunting zealots of the the Sisters of Battle stand between humanity and damnation. From the elite Seraphim warriors to the berserk Sisters Repentia, they are the strong arm of the Ecclesiarchy and the brutal hammer of witches.
When dangerous psychic heretic Torris Vaun escapes from her custody, Seraphim Miriya is disgraced in the eyes of her fellow sisters and superiors. Following Vaun's trail to the planet Neva, Miriya takes her sisters in pursuit and, along with Hospitalier Sister Verity, starts her investigations.
When they uncover a terrifying plot that could threaten the future of the Imperium, is Miriya's and Verity's faith strong enough for them to triumph?

Adepta Sororitas - Awesome!
Fantastic book. Really captures the best and worst of the Sisters of Battle and the story is a good one!

a good 40k story in the vein of eisenhorn and co.
a good 40k story in the vein of eisenhorn and ravenor, this time following a group of sisters of battle across the hives of an imperial world. actually full of several grey-area characters which was a nice surprise, and with several cool nods to the pre-heresy imperium. well narrated by emma gregory, who does a rather fantastic scottish accent!
give us more like this BL. thumbs up!

A great story
A great story with the perfect amount of religious zeal, perhaps more fire needed!

Amazing narrator
A pretty decent 40k Sororitas story made excellent by the narrator.
I will be seeking out other titles narrated by Emma Gregory. As a woman reading 40k novels, it was so refreshing to hear female characters imbued with a range of strength and vulnerability.

Good solid story and performance
I found it to be more engaging than some of the Horus heresy stories, and the narrator really did an excellent performance .
This was my first sisters of battle story and it’s made me want to explore them further.

yeah it's ok, not a really compelling story but not half bad either, dunno if it's worth a credit but a good bit of imperial salvia for sisters
