Repetitive suggestions very helpful
I like this app it’s very helpful its repeated in to your subconscious. The music in the background helps you to relax while the voice over Pounds into your imagination.

Hopeful for what's to come
This is my first time listening and I am very hopeful to see how this works for me. I really want to try meditation and I believe this could help me with that also. I am going to continue to listen to this daily and I will update as I progress.

Helpful & relaxation
I found this quick 30 min guided meditation and hypnosis to be very helpful, soothing & relaxing. Before listening I had fallen into old and unhealthy eating patterns and while listening I felt my awareness and attitude towards myself and the unhealthy patterns change to a more positive state. I even made myself delicious & healthy breakfast oat pots with fruit, yogurt & chia seeds for the next 3 days!!

It’s ok… not for everyone
It’s good for layering in positive affirmations..not hypnosis, some of the statements don’t apply to my goals and personal situation so will find something more suitable. But overall ok.
