Overall a bit disappointing
Starts off fairly well, but quickly descends into religious experience, especially at the end. Where it would be more interesting, for example in the treatment of various conditions, detail is very sketchy.
They might have done better to find a better Voice actor too. The author's reading is ponderous. I sped it up to 2.3 times which sounded OK

Good practical advice
There is a lot of practical advice and breathing exercises contained in this book so you can get started on using breathwork to address a myriad physical and mental health issues or improve your performance.
Ritchie also recommends a number of other methods and protocols which leave you with the task of heading off to do more research which did leave me a little wanting as I was hoping for more insight in this book. That said at least I know where to look and what I can try.
I did read another book on the importance of correct breathing and the power of breathwork/breathing exercises before this one which I think worked out well as that gave me a lot more of the 'why' that this book didn't focus on quite as much.
I enjoyed the practical advice though, as a why without the what to do with it is useless. This book is definitely good for the 'how to', however without a PDF attachment I am going to find it hard to remember all the different breathing exercises described in the book.

Who knew that simply breathing correctly had so many health benefits?
I really enjoyed this audio book, with lots of differing breathing techniques for dealing with life situations, from anxiety to blood pressure issues. Easy to listen to - now I will be going back through the content again to practice the techniques. Thanks

A good overview of Breathwork in general
I enjoyed this a lot more on the second round of listening. It’s a good resource for places to go in general for breathwork and also gives some nice history of the author’s experiences with different modalities.
