All you need
I have read & listened to many books regarding coaching and how to apply and instill habits, create a culture etc. This book is the best I have heard - great stories, examples and methods to not only be a better coach but also a better person. All moments matter and this book simply reinforced that for me.

A must listen… very well read by John
