Just what I needed
I was looking for a book to help me deal with feelings of guilt and sadness that crept up suddenly in my life as my child finished high school and started planning to move out.
Written by a mum who has gone through the empty nest more than a couple times, Jill gets to the heart of the issue fast and offers practical solutions for each troubling feeling.

Terrible book for someone who is not into god and the bible
I think it should state that this is a book for people that believe in the bible as it has many references in the first 15 min.
I would want a credit back if I could be bothered.
