Great audible book.
A great story with a twist set in the outback. We enjoy Fleur's audible books. Very well written.

Five star review
This was a great read. The storyline with many twists and turns.
I would love it if Audiobooks listed the books in order so that you don't jump around the timeline

Story okay but narration cringey
I have read/listened to all of Fleur McDonalds books and while I usually love them, this one was just a bit flat and predictable. I almost called it quits due to the cringe-worthy narration. The awkwardly deep voices of ‘Shell’ with unnatural intonation. The intonation used for Dave also made him seem like a Jerk, which totally jarred against his characterisation.

A teenager's level of literature
A sweet simplistic story probably best suited to young teenagers. It's interesting set in the outback of Australia and a nice romance. Not too complicated.

Do not buy if continuity errors bug you
Dave's backstory is completely at odds with this book. I've noticed many continuity errors (within a single story) in other books but this one is just ridiculous.
I can't finish it. It's not just the glaring errors but the cutesy love yarn style. Maybe I should just jump to the last chapter to see if my guess of villain pans out.
Please, Ms McDonald, stop doing Dave dirty.
