The angst was real

I enjoyed the plot very much which was surprising as the French Revolution has always been a subject I’ve avoided due to its gruesome depiction in many movies/ historical documentaries. There was no real dwelling on the gruesome side of things but I definitely felt less anxious once ODC were back in England. I thoroughly enjoyed the narrators skill in expressing the moods and characters and would thoroughly recommend this audible production.
