Men det tror Bapit ikke på. Lige indtil det hele en dag bliver for meget. Bapit kiggede på stenen, og så gjorde han det bare.
Han holdt stenen op for øjet og kiggede gennem hullet, mens han hørte sig selv sige: "Jeg ville ønske, at jeg ikke var Thyborøns tykkeste dyr!" Der skete ikke noget, indtil han hørte et underligt prust og vendte sig om. At personerne taler forskelligt giver for det første bogen et meget realistisk udtryk, og for det andet gør den bogen sjov at læse højt, hvis man kan lide at lave forskellige stemmer. Historien er god og personerne er nemme at synes godt om. Med humor fortælles om en dreng der får nok og finder styrke i sig selv til at konfrontere sine plageånder uden at det bliver plat eller overfladisk... bør købes.
