Books

I bought the Audible book expecting access to the whole book. I have mislaid my original download links and, if the other books or chapters, with the full recipes, are there - I can't find or access them. There are no recipes in my audible library. Other than that - it was a good read (listen) and helped me continue to "eat to live". Through this diet I have become 12 kilo slimmer over the past 9 months. 8 of those were within 14 weeks of the nutritarian diet. Mainly following the GBOMB. Anagram as a guide. More importantly - I got my brain back. I was suffering such severe memory lost that I was quite scared of needing to have support - yet I had 3 tests for dementia, MRI and CAT scans that showed no signs of dementia At all. Now I am getting back old memories and can remember things daily. I have a bit to go before I can claim a clear brain but at least the fog has lifted.😄Thanks Dr Furhman.
