About this listen
Do you need an emotional survival guide?
Feeling stuck with a condition that no one truly understands?
Are you tired of merely surviving and want to start thriving?
Are you overwhelmed by just being yourself? Many people don’t even know the name of this rare genetic condition, and even those closest to sufferers don’t fully realize what it means to deal with EDS. The lack of information and support available (even from medical professionals) can leave you feeling frustrated, alone, and discouraged.
It’s one thing to survive, but quite another to thrive. Perhaps in the daily struggle to stay alive, the idea of living and thriving with a connective tissue disorder seems impossible. Sadly, there is often very little help available for people living with this condition.
This EDS Survival Guide will walk you through five keys towards acceptance, peace, and taking the right actions for your unique health challenges. If you have pain and problems from living with EDS, this book can offer you reflection, validation, and support. When you find yourself feeling like no one understands you, open this book and explore the five keys of thriving with EDS.
What would it mean to thrive with EDS?

Really Offensive and Short Sighted.
I was really offended by the lack of insight the author demonstrated to people that decided not get vaccinated due to COVID or to wear masks. For some people with mast cell activation disorder, vaccines can cause extremely adverse reactions. The comments about anti vaxxers and unmaskers was polarising and offensive. It was also uneducated as there wasn't the long term safety research for the target audience. Everyone with rare medical disorders needs to do what they believe is optimal for their own health.
