About this listen

Dynamic Flow Session 1 is a 55-minute flowing yoga class for those familiar with basic yoga postures and the concept of Vinyasa Flow. The class has been devised to physically challenge the body by lengthening and strengthening all the major muscle groups as it takes the body through its complete range of movement.

The class includes postures that fold, rotate and elongate the body. It will also help to clear and focus the mind, whilst the final relaxation will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, re-stored and invigorated.

The class has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller, Sue has been teaching yoga, meditation and relaxation since 1995. Sue is a regular columnist for Natural Health magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga.
