F*cking Brilliant- so practical and realistic!
This book has been a game changer for me. I wasn’t eating “badly” per se but thoughtlessly. This book helped me to 1. Get in touch with how to eat in a more healthy way with a little planning and some simple rules of thumb 2. Recognise that anything can be ok to eat - as long as it’s a choice to eat (and really pay attention to) and enjoy 3. Take away the shame-y stuff and be able to more objectively view what fuel I’m choosing to put in my body. It has great practical resources and encouragement along the way. The realness of the author/reader (who drops an occasional brilliantly timed F bomb) is refreshing and relatable. Already recommended to many friends who appreciate a science based, fad busting approach to how to make and keep healthy habits.
