Book 1 was amazing
As I got older it was hard for me to find a audio book that’s suited my age and I found it I didn’t get it at start but sooner i love it it was amazing I recommend theses books to age 12 or 11 years old and above and the voice actors were amazing and the story I felt like I was there right in the moment that’s how good it was and I believe you guys should try it you may not get it at first but then you will

Absolute perfection!
This novel is absolute perfection! I thoroughly enjoyed it! The only point of criticism would be, I wish she were a little more murdery! Too forgiving for me!

Worth it!
Highly entertaining and engrossing. the characters give you just enough to be intrigued but not too little to be bored. The story has a good balance between world building, action, adventure, humour and relational ties that you will be hooked most of the way through. A shout out to the narrator too, who did an excellent job bringing the story to life.

solid storyline underpinned by dexterous narration
on the downside : far too much emphasis on our protagonists loss of value due to being (physically) one-eyed.
on the plus side: a riveting fantasy adventure story, great range of characters living in believable cultures .

Constantly moving story
The narrator is fantastic.
I thought this type of story wouldn't interest me but honestly it is pretty solid. I wish there was more gore and violence but it is a young teen genre

It was free, easy to listen.
Good book to listen to if you think you will be interrupted or on your phone. Really easy to read, simple book. Hey, it was free so 4 stars. Narration was solid but she turned full chipmunk at speed.
