Join Neal Wallo on his first mission with Designation Eight. He knows little about the organization but his past has left him few options. Just when he fears he has only been selected for his credulous nature and record for pulling off the incredible, he sees his value seen by the old man that recruited him. His ability to be launched into situations with the supernatural and the super dangerous with abandon might just be what saves him.
All that and his winsome smile need to not only help his new teammates succeed, but also survive. War-mechs, ghosts, and what seem to be witches and wizards are a little much to throw at Neal for his first mission. But he'll be the first to tell you, he didn't read the mission file anyway.
