Dopamine Detox, the book, a brief and basic guide to goal achievement

The author provides a worksheet, which I resisted completing, because it seemed too ‘basic’ but I think doing the worksheet would be a good way of keeping track of the steps you took, in each stage of an overall Productivity or Goal Achievement program. He also provided valuable chapter summaries at the end of each chapter.
