inexperienced writer great narrator

Lucky this writer had a true story to inspire her because the writing style was very novice. Lead in was disjointed The ending introduced a random new theme and ended in a haphazard and ultimately abrupt, rushed manner. Propped up by the brilliant Anne Dover meant that this book survived a potential train wreck rather well. I listened to the end and that was a plus.
