Tess Strebel can’t recognize her own face.
She can’t recognize her home. Her bedroom is unfamiliar. And she can’t remember the handsome stranger lying next to her in bed. A stranger who claims he’s her husband.

I could not stop listening. I loved the twists and turns of the plot and how it kept me guessing until the very end.

Alot of twists & turns
I found the story very drawn out, especially middle to end. Was wishing it would hurry up & end.

Got me hooked from the beginning
Not a believable plot, but kept me entertained until the end. I would listen to this author again.

Great listen . . . . unusual story
WOW! Do You Remember, I was not expecting this. I wasn't sure at first and didn't think that I would finish but . . . . . the story unfolds to reveal itself to its eventual conclusion. I would definitely recommend this McFadden title.

Interesting and enjoyable read, but disappointing ending
A bit of a slow start but overall the characters and storyline was interesting and engaging. Stop 🛑 reading if you don’t want a spoiler alert. Disclaimer - There are themes of abuse so may be triggering for survivors of domestic and spousal abuse.
I felt really sorry for the female protagonist in the story. You keep hoping she’ll get out of the toxic relationship she is trapped in. I suppose while the ending was disappointing it also reflects the harsh sad reality of women who are trapped in controlling relationships.

Well executed psychological thriller
Love the way the story twists and turns. Frieda McFadden one of my fave authors.
Cannot say about the story as it would spoil it. Suffice it to say it is well worth the credit or dollars. Excellent.

Intriguing but found it a bit unrealistic
An ok listen. The narrator was great & made it an easy listen. I did find it intriguing and couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen but also found the story line a bit unrealistic. Made me think how terrifying this would actually be. Not a favourite of mine but still an interesting & enjoyable read.

Drawn out and anti climactic.
Couldn’t wait for it to end.
