About this listen
A gorgeous rock star. An indecent proposal. How can a girl resist?
Struggling barista Katie Bloom doesn’t even know who Jesse Mayes is until she inadvertently wins the coveted role of sex kitten in his hot new music video. But by the time she’s in bed with him, she knows his reputation.
Love maker. Heartbreaker.
Making out with a stranger in front of a camera crew isn’t how Katie imagined herself getting over a broken heart, but when Jesse touches her, sparks fly. The sex is fake but the chemistry is real, and soon the steamy video is blazing up the charts.
Then, Jesse makes Katie an irresistible offer: act as his girlfriend for six weeks while he promotes his new album. The only catch? Their sizzling make-out sessions will be for the cameras only.
Which is fine with Katie, since she's not about to trust her heart to rock's most legendary lover. Her body? Maybe....
Dirty Like Me is the first full-length novel in the Dirty series - a rockstar romance series about the members of the rock band Dirty and the women and men who love them.

Easy to follow
This one was easy to listen to. I enjoyed getting to know Katie and Jessie and how they come together. It’s not forced. I don’t like when readers don’t have any expression in their voice, and their was a few chapters I was getting frustrated with this.
I recommend this one. I am now onto the 2nd and hope to finish the series soon. If they are as good as this one it will keep me interested and wanting more.

hot hot hot
there was more sexy hotness in this book than anything I've ever read. for awhile there I thought the story was going to get lost like katies shoe.
Jessie is portrayed as strong, switched on and in control of his hectic life but could not see the forest for the trees with Katie which was frustrating but not annoying.
it's my first book from Ms Diamond as I was waiting for the series to come out on audible.
this book leaves me with the sense that we've skimmed the surface of this band and family....i don't know if I'm reading too much Into it but jessas story sounds a little deeper. which would be nice as most books start with depth then the series can skim for a book or 2.....I'm hoping book 2 is jessas 'dirty'

AMAZING
This was an amazing rockstar romance! Guaranteed HEA!! I always love a good romance where at least one of the characters thinks they can't love, and that's definitely what this was. Jesse is the typical heartbreaking rockstar who meets Katie, the lost artist who has never had a great relationship when it comes to romance. With these two and their criticism on love, both jump into a fake relationship with each other to help out Jesse with his new single. There were definitely parts in this book that made my heart squeeze because while I knew the character was doing the right thing, I could almost feel the hurt. I would definitely recommend this book though! Amazing storyline and narration! I always love listening to books by Andi Arndt and was pleasantly happy with the performance by Rob Granniss! I hope you love this book just as much as I do! Enjoy!

Conflicting emotions
Really enjoyed reading how the relationship between these two developed. How she was certain that he couldn’t love her. Lots of great family and friends. Loved it.
Narration was awesome too.conflicting emotions

Almost marked as a Favorite
Firstly the narrators were both great! Eva was good and made the narration varied and interesting in her banter. I have never heard Rob Granniss before and was impressed by him. I can't see reference to him being much romance reading. That's a shame and I hope he returns to it.
For most of the early part of the story itself I was caught up and enjoying all of it. It was well written, and I kept thinking I'd make this a Favorite and a five stars.
However two things made me pull that back to a four star by the end. Firstly, what the heroine termed being flirty was more like her being an immature brat, Fortunately that didn't last too long.
More a problem was when the main two became more involved, it became lengthy sex at the expense of the story arc. Every time they interacted it became an extended sex scene which went in and on, This became unnecessarily drawn out, repetitive and boring. The sex itself was fine but I'd prefer less of this in favour of continuing with the story.
In spite of that, I am moving on to listen to more in this series.
