Simple concept, well structured argument.

The concept is simple but the compelling aspect is the breadth and structure of the evidence. ‘High quality leisure’ in lieu of non-enriching scrolling activities is a solid foundation - results can be observed real world.
Provided me with the impetus to weigh up pros and cons of social media and digital “connectedness”- not something we ever stopped to consider.
