Lars Eidinger wurde 1976 in Berlin (West) geboren. Einen Namen machte er sich zunächst am Theater als langjähriges Ensemblemitglied der Berliner Schaubühne (Hamlet). Inzwischen ist Eidinger in zahlreichen Kino- und TV-Produktionen zu sehen - u. a. in dem Kinofilm "Mathilde", in dem er den letzten russischen Zaren Nikolaus verkörpert.
