Er erfährt, dass der "Waldkönig", Anführer einer Schmugglerbande, seinen älteren Bruder Franz tötete und den Vater durch einen Schuss absichtlich blendete. Er beschließt, den Bachhof zu übernehmen und nebenbei den Waldkönig zu fangen.
