Mit einem Hobbit quer durch Mittelerde - Tolkiens Klassiker grandios gelesen

Spätestens seit dem Filmerfolg von "Der Hobbit" ist der Tolkien-Klassiker wieder in aller Munde. Zum Glück auch in dem von Gert Heidenreich. Denn seine unverwechselbar warme Stimme ist wie dazu gemacht, das fantastische Reich Mittelerde zum Leben zu erwecken. So zaubert er intensive Bilder vor dein inneres Auge und vom ersten Wort an bist du mit dabei - auf der sagenhaften Abenteuerreise des kleinen Hobbit.

Vollkommen unerwartet wird der ehrbare Bilbo Beutlin von einer Gruppe Zwerge als Meisterdieb engagiert. Schon stolpert er von einem aufregenden Abenteuer ins nächste. Er trifft auf mächtige Elfen, schreckliche Orks und auf den gefürchteten Drachen Smaug. Und dann findet Bilbo auch noch diesen Ring, der auf ihn eine seltsame Macht ausübt. Beautifully narrated

This is my first audiobook in German which I found to be a fabulous translation and of simply exquisite narration. At times The Hobbit can be a little bit slow, but Gert Heidenreich gave this much-loved story the attention it deserves. I particularly enjoyed the voices of the characters and the songs.
